What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, but NOT on personalized orders. All personalized orders are final sale. To return/exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item, and have the item returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Cost of shipping will not be refunded. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We do NOT offer refunds on incorrectly entered personalizations and/or shipping addresses. Please make sure you verify your personalization AND shipping address before you complete your order.

Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations on personalized orders. On all other orders, you may cancel before the item has been shipped.

How long will it take for me to get my order?
Personalized orders require 1-2 weeks of processing time before we can ship it out. All other items require 1-3 business days.

Shipping times:
1-11 business days for Canada & the US.
4-21 business days for all other countries.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

All items are shipped from Markham, ON.

Please contact us if you would like to arrange a local pickup, or need a rush job before placing your order. 

What shipping options do you provide?

In Canada, your item will either be shipped via Canada Post or Chit Chats.
To the United States, we ship with USPS.
All other orders are shipped with Ascendia. Please note: some destination countries may not provide full tracking once it has reached the local courier.

Important: Once we send out an order, it is in the hands of the post office. please contact Canada Post or USPS with your tracking number to get more information on the location of your package.

Am I responsible for customs and import taxes?
If you are ordering outside of Canada, then you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Where are all the products made?
I source materials from all over, but the final product is handmade in Canada by myself!
