Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All personalized orders are final sale.
For all other items, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item, and have the item returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Cost of shipping will not be refunded. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We do NOT offer refunds on incorrectly entered personalizations or shipping addresses. Please make sure you verify your personalization AND shipping address before you complete your order.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations on personalized orders. On all other orders, you may cancel before the item has been shipped.
